Cloud Analytics Audit Group started as a quiet desk service for neighbours preparing university and scholarship packets in 新潟県. The work grew because applicants needed someone who would sit with the requirement list longer than a hurried friend could.
Origin
Early clients brought paper folders to 美結村 — printed forms, photocopied transcripts, draft statements stapled out of order. We learned to read in the order a first institutional reader would, not the order the applicant preferred to talk about their strengths.
Today most packets arrive as PDFs, but the habit remains: forms first, claims second, letters last.
Working approach
We do not coach applicants into a house style. Our notes point to missing enclosures, conflicting dates, and claims that lack support in the rest of the file. When a sentence is unclear, we say so in plain language and leave the rewrite to you.
People
Reviews are led by readers with prior experience assembling academic and professional dossiers in Japan and abroad. We decline packets outside our language competence and will tell you early if a specialist translator or subject mentor is the better next step.
