Acceptance

By requesting an audit, paying a deposit, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of another applicant, you confirm you have authority to share their documents with us.

Services

We provide written audits of application packages and related review work as described on our audit pages. Findings briefs are professional opinions based on the documents you supply. They are not legal advice, immigration advice, or guarantees of admission, funding, or employment.

Client responsibilities

You remain responsible for the accuracy of materials you submit to institutions and for meeting official deadlines. You must not send us documents you are not entitled to share.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your application materials. Our findings briefs and templates remain our intellectual property; you receive a licence to use them for your own submission. You may not resell our briefs or present them as your own consulting product.

Fees and deposits

Quoted fees, deposits, and balances are confirmed in writing before work begins. Website fee figures are guidance only. Payment instructions appear on invoices; this site does not process card payments.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from a review is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for institutional decisions, portal outages, or third-party referee delays.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction in 新潟県 shall have primary venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
