Refunds

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on whether desk reading has started and how close your confirmed window is. Fee estimates alone create no charge.

Timeframe to request

Ask for a refund or reschedule by email to hello@analyticsforcloud.digital as soon as your plans change. Include your invoice reference and the audit type.

Full refund

If we cancel an engagement for reasons on our side (illness, language mismatch discovered after booking, or inability to meet the agreed duration), you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that engagement.

Partial refund

If you cancel more than five business days before the confirmed start date, we refund amounts paid minus a ¥5,000 administration portion of the deposit. Cancellations inside five business days forfeit the deposit; any balance not yet paid is not collected.

Non-refundable items

Once we have begun reading your packet, deposits are non-refundable because review hours cannot be reassigned. Completed findings briefs are non-refundable.

Work already started

“Started” means we have confirmed receipt of a complete packet and begun the desk reading logged for your file. If only intake triage occurred, we treat the booking under the cancellation rules above.

Purchased materials

We do not sell physical kits or pre-printed templates as products. No materials refund category applies beyond the review fees themselves.

Deposits

The 40% deposit holds your review slot. It is applied to the final fee when the brief is delivered.

Rescheduling

One reschedule to a later open slot is allowed without charge if requested at least five business days before the original start. Further moves may require a new deposit if the calendar is full.

No-shows

If a clarifying call is booked and you miss it without notice, the call portion is considered delivered; we will send remaining written notes by email. We do not refund for missed calls alone.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are returned by the same bank-transfer method used for payment within fourteen business days after approval. We do not issue cash refunds at the office address.

Exceptions

If an institution changes a deadline after you booked and the new date makes our duration impossible, we will offer a reschedule or a partial refund of unused fees at our discretion after reviewing the call notice you provide.
