Review process
From intake folder to findings brief
This page walks through how an audit of applications moves across our desk in 美結村 — so you know what to prepare and when you will hear from us.
-
1. Intake confirmation
You send the official requirement list, the deadline (with time zone), and every enclosure you want reviewed. We confirm language fit and whether the published duration still works for your date.
-
2. Deposit and slot
Once you accept the fee range, the deposit locks the review window. Incomplete packets wait; we do not start the clock on a half-sent folder.
-
3. Desk reading order
Forms and mandatory declarations first. Then CV and statements. Then referee letters and annexes. That order mirrors how many first readers skim under time pressure.
-
4. Findings brief
You receive a written brief with priorities: must-fix before submit, should-clarify, and optional polish. Page references stay specific.
-
5. Clarifying call
On full package and grant audits, a short call is available to walk the top risks — not to rewrite paragraphs live.
What we need from you on day one
- PDF or clear scan of the requirement list or call text
- Final-ish drafts of every enclosure under review
- Notes on anything still awaiting a referee or registrar
- The exact submission channel (portal, post, or in-person)
